Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Kkatha piece! If you don't, here's how returns and exchanges work:

Timeframe: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
How to initiate: Email us at kkathaa15@gmail.com or message us at 9833864860 with your order details.
Condition: The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging (including any freebies).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear pictures.
Once verified, we'll process a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.
Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer (we'll request your bank details).

A Few Things to Note

Returns are arranged for pickup from the original delivery address.
Please be available for pickup — missed pickups may delay the process.
Items from combo/gift boxes and sale/promotional purchases are not eligible for return or exchange.
